1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations apply to HookWeb Design services, including the HookWeb Design – Smart Growth System™ and all related automation products.

2. Implementation & Launch Fee

For monthly subscription plans, a one‑time $6,500 Implementation & Launch Fee applies.

This fee covers:

System build and configuration

AI agent scripting and onboarding

CRM and automation integrations

Testing and activation

👉 The Implementation & Launch Fee is non‑refundable.

3. 100‑Day Performance Guarantee™

We offer a 100‑Day Performance Guarantee™ on monthly subscription fees and performance‑based fees only.

You may request a refund under this guarantee if your system is:

Fully installed and active for 30 consecutive days

Used as intended

Properly implemented

…and you do not see measurable improvement in:

Lead response speed

Customer engagement

Recovered missed opportunities

within 100 days of activation.

4. Guarantee Conditions

To qualify for the 100‑Day Performance Guarantee™:

The system must be active for at least 30 consecutive days

Calls, messages, and leads must be routed through the system

Onboarding must be completed

The system must not be disabled, bypassed, or altered

👉 The guarantee applies to monthly subscription fees and performance‑based fees only.
👉 It does NOT apply to the $6,500 Implementation & Launch Fee.

5. Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly plans:

The $6,500 Implementation & Launch Fee is non‑refundable

If eligible under the 100‑Day Performance Guarantee™:

👉 Monthly subscription fees and performance‑based fees paid during the guarantee period may be refunded

After the 100‑day period:

👉 No refunds will be issued

👉 You may cancel at any time to stop future billing

6. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual plans are billed upfront.

Launch Fee Waiver

If you choose an annual plan:

👉 The $6,500 Implementation & Launch Fee is waived at purchase.

100‑Day Performance Guarantee (Annual Plans)

If you qualify for cancellation under the guarantee:

The waived $6,500 Implementation & Launch Fee will be deducted to cover system build, onboarding, and implementation

The remaining balance of your annual payment will be refunded

After the Guarantee Period

👉 After 100 days, annual plans are non‑refundable and non‑cancelable.

7. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Monthly plans:
👉 Cancellation after 100 days stops future billing

Annual plans:
👉 No cancellations or refunds after the 100‑day guarantee period
