This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for HookWeb Design services and the Smart Growth System™.

2. One-Time Launch Setup (Non-Refundable)

The Launch Setup Fee covers professional configuration work performed immediately after purchase.

This includes:

System setup

Integrations

Automation configuration

Testing and onboarding

Because this work is completed upfront:

👉 Launch Setup Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

This applies to all plans and services.

3. 14-Day Subscription Performance Assurance

We offer a 14-day performance assurance for subscription access.

You have 14 days from activation to evaluate the system

If canceled within this period:
👉 Subscription fees will be refunded

This applies ONLY to subscription fees

Launch Setup Fees are NOT refunded

4. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscriptions:

You may cancel after the first 14 days

Billing will stop going forward

No future subscription charges will occur

5. Annual Subscription Commitments

For annual subscriptions:

Payment is made upfront

The subscription runs for the full term

Annual subscriptions are not refundable or canceled mid-term

6. What Is Not Refundable

The following are NOT refundable:

Launch Setup Fees

Completed professional services

Any work already performed
