1. Overview

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for HookWeb Design services, including the Smart Growth System™.


2. Launch Setup Fee

For monthly subscription plans, a one-time $2,500 Launch Setup Fee applies.

This fee covers:

System build and configuration

Integrations and automation setup

Testing and onboarding

👉 The Launch Setup Fee is non-refundable


3. 100-Day Performance Guarantee™

We offer a 100-Day Performance Guarantee™ on subscription fees.

If your system is:

Fully installed and active for 30-consecutive days

Used as intended

Properly implemented

…and you do not see measurable improvement in:

Lead response speed

Customer engagement

Recovered missed opportunities

within 100 days of activation, you may request a refund under this guarantee.


4. Guarantee Conditions

To qualify:

The system must be active for at least 30 consecutive days

Calls, messages, and leads must be routed through the system

Onboarding must be completed

The system must not be disabled, bypassed, or altered

👉 The guarantee applies to subscription fees only
👉 It does not apply to the $2,500 Launch Setup Fee (monthly plans)


5. Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly plans:

The $2,500 Launch Setup Fee is non-refundable

If eligible under the 100-Day Performance Guarantee™:
👉 Monthly subscription fees paid during the guarantee period may be refunded

After the 100-day period:
👉 No refunds will be issued
👉 You may cancel to stop future billing


6. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual plans are billed upfront.

Launch Setup Fee Waiver

If you choose an annual plan:

👉 The $2,500 Launch Setup Fee is waived at purchase


100-Day Performance Guarantee (Annual Plans)

If you qualify for cancellation under the 100-Day Performance Guarantee™:

The waived $2,500 Launch Setup Fee will be deducted to cover system build, onboarding, and implementation

The remaining balance of your annual payment will be refunded


After the Guarantee Period

👉 After 100 days, annual plans are non-refundable and non-cancelable


7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

For monthly plans:
👉 Cancellation after 100 days stops future billing

For annual plans:
👉 No cancellations or refunds after the 100-day guarantee period


8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

Launch Setup Fees (monthly plans)

Work completed or delivered

Services already rendered
