1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using services from HookWeb Design (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including the Smart Growth System™, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

HookWeb Design provides system installation, automation, and growth infrastructure through the Smart Growth System™, which may include:

Lead capture systems

Missed-call-text-back functionality

Automated follow-up and response systems

Website and hosting (if included in plan)

Services may include:

One-Time Launch Setup

Ongoing Subscription Access (monthly or annual)

3. One-Time Launch Setup

The Launch Setup Fee covers professional services including:

System configuration

Integrations

Automation setup

Testing and onboarding

Because this work is completed upfront and delivered as a professional service:

👉 All Launch Setup Fees are non-refundable

The system remains installed even if the subscription is later canceled.

4. Subscription Access

Access to the Smart Growth System™ is provided through an active subscription.

Subscription includes:

System access

Ongoing functionality

Support and maintenance (as applicable)

5. Subscription Performance Assurance (14 Days)

We provide a 14-day performance assurance on subscription access.

You have 14 days from activation to evaluate the system

If you cancel within the first 14 days:
👉 Your subscription fee will be refunded

⚠️ Important:

This applies to the subscription only

Launch Setup Fees are NOT refundable

6. Monthly Subscription Terms

If you are on a monthly plan:

You may cancel after the first 14 days

Billing will stop going forward

No future charges will be made

7. Annual Subscription Terms

If you choose an annual plan:

Billing is charged upfront

The subscription runs for the full committed term

Annual plans are not canceled mid-term

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Participate in onboarding

Use the system responsibly

Results depend on implementation, responsiveness, and business factors outside our control.

9. No Guarantees

While we provide systems designed to improve lead capture and conversion:

👉 We do not guarantee specific revenue or results

10. Limitation of Liability

HookWeb Design is not liable for:

Lost revenue or profits

Business interruptions

Indirect or consequential damages

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
