HookWeb Design LLC provides digital services and subscription-based business systems. We do not sell physical products.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the Smart Growth System™, including its Response Control configuration and any related services.

1. What We Provide

We provide the Smart Growth System™, a subscription-based business automation system.

Depending on the plan selected, the Smart Growth System™ may include one or more configured components, such as Response Control, which manages inbound calls, texts, and lead responses on your behalf.

Our services include:

One-Time Launch Setup Services

Ongoing Subscription Access (Monthly or Annual)

These are treated differently for refunds and cancellations.

2. One-Time Launch Setup (Not Refundable)

The Launch Setup Fee covers professional configuration work performed immediately after purchase. This work includes system installation, integrations, response logic setup, testing, and onboarding.

Because this work is completed upfront and delivered as a professional service:

✔ Launch setup fees are not refundable.

Launch setup services apply to the Smart Growth System™ and any configured components included with your plan.

The setup remains installed even if the subscription is later canceled.

3. Subscription Performance Assurance (14 Days)

Subscription access to the Smart Growth System™ is protected by a 14-day performance assurance.

This means:

You have 14 days to evaluate the subscription after activation

If you cancel within the first 14 days, the subscription fee will be refunded

The launch setup fee is not refunded

The assurance applies to the subscription only, not to setup or professional services.

4. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a monthly subscription:

You may cancel after the first 14 days

Billing will stop going forward

No future subscription charges will be made

Launch setup fees are not refunded

5. Annual Subscription Commitments

If you choose an annual subscription:

The subscription is billed upfront

It runs for the full year you committed to

Annual subscriptions are not canceled mid-term

Launch setup fees are not refundable

6. What Is Not Refundable

The following are not refundable:

Launch setup fees

Completed professional services

Subscription fees after the 14-day assurance period

Prior billing periods

8. No Physical Returns

We do not sell physical goods. There are no items to return.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
