1. Services Provided

HookWeb Design LLC provides digital services and subscription-based business systems under the Smart Growth System™ brand.

The Smart Growth System™ may include one or more configured components, such as Response Control, depending on the plan selected at purchase.

No physical goods are sold.

2. Launch Setup Services

Certain plans require a one-time Launch Setup.

Launch Setup includes professional configuration work such as system installation, integrations, response logic setup, testing, and onboarding. This work is performed immediately after purchase.

Launch Setup fees are non-refundable, as further detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription access to the Smart Growth System™ may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term.

Billing details, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, and billing-related matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing any service or subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

HookWeb Design LLC does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes.

We provide systems and services designed to support business operations. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Modifications to Services

We may update, modify, or improve the Smart Growth System™ or its components over time. Such updates do not materially change the nature of the services provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookWeb Design LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which HookWeb Design LLC is registered.
